Handling Instructions

1. Thaw under refrigeration (around 2°C - 7°C) before use, until the ice is completely dissolved.

2. Shake well before opening. Pour into a chilled bowl.

 (should not exceed 20% of bowl capacity)

3. Whip on medium speed until RICH's Chocolate Topping Cream becomes thick, soft peaks form and gloss disappears.

4. Whipped product must either be refrigerated or kept frozen.

5. Do not refreeze thawed product.
