Made of fiberglass mesh and silica gel, it is colourless, odorless and contains no Bisphenol A.
Professional Thickness
At 0.7mm, it is twice as thick as other mats in the market (0.3mm only). Thicker mats like this will not slip or wrinkle when used and heat up your pastries more evenly, resulting in better quality finished product.
Good Temperature Resistance
Able to withstand temperatures from -4 to 230 degrees Celcius, it is not easy to deform, fade and aging. It can be used repeatedly, with the grill, baking tray and fridge.
Non-Sticky Structure
The baking mat has a non-stick surface and can be used without adding butter or oil. It is also an alternative to baking sheets and can be placed directly on the grill.
